Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped weekly on Tuesdays.

Orders placed after 11:59 PM EST on Monday will ship the following Tuesday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Park Avenue is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses or carrier delays.


All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


Damages & Order Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A damaged item

  • The wrong item

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopparkave.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.


Non-Returnable Items

Because all sales are final, we do not accept returns on:

  • Promotional items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized pieces

  • Accessories and personal wear items
